  • New to our studio? Start your journey with Yoga Stretch or Yin Yoga if you're trying yoga, or Pilates Beginners for a Pilates introduction. Our instructors are here to support you and will recommend when it’s time to progress.

  • Begin your Pilates practice by focusing on foundational movements and core strength. This class builds stability, alignment, and balance, giving you a strong base to move forward.

  • Build on your Pilates foundation with new movements and a stronger focus on stability, strength, and body control. Ideal for those ready to advance their skills.

  • Challenge yourself with a dynamic class that layers more advanced movements. This faster-paced session enhances endurance, deep core strength, and full-body conditioning.

  • Experience a dynamic, low-impact workout using the reformer machine. This class focuses on precise, controlled movements to strengthen and tone your entire body, enhancing stability and flexibility while being gentle on the joints.

  • Flow through dynamic, breath-led sequences that promote strength, flexibility, and balance. Suitable for all levels—feel free to go at your own pace.

  • A gentler flow with deeper stretches to release tension and promote relaxation. Perfect for winding down and enhancing flexibility at a slower pace.

  • Move into stillness with long-held, passive poses that target connective tissues. Yin Yoga invites deep relaxation and stress relief, ideal for anyone seeking a calm reset. We also incorporate myofascial release into the practice using specialised balls in different areas of the body, enhancing relaxation and releasing tension at a deeper level.
