Our Class Types

  • New here? For Yoga, we recommend starting with Yoga Stretch or Yin Yoga. If Pilates is your focus, start with Beginners Mat or Reformer classes, and your instructor will guide you on progressing. Not sure? Reach out to us to find your best starting point.

  • Start here if you're new to Pilates! This class emphasises strength, alignment, mobility, breath, and mastering foundational exercises to build a strong base.

  • Great for building on your Pilates foundation. You’ll add new movements and enhance your control, stability, and overall strength.

  • Ready to challenge yourself? This faster-paced class takes you through advanced exercises for deeper strength work and full-body conditioning.

  • Experience a dynamic, low-impact workout using the reformer machine. This class focuses on precise, controlled movements to strengthen and tone your entire body, enhancing stability and flexibility while being gentle on the joints.

  • Move through dynamic sequences paired with breath work to boost strength, flexibility, and balance. Open to all levels—flow at your pace.

  • Gentler than Yoga Flow, with an emphasis on deeper stretches and relaxation. Perfect for winding down and gently enhancing flexibility.

  • Slow and restorative. Long-held, gentle poses target deep connective tissue, bringing relaxation and stress relief. Ideal for all levels seeking a calm reset.

  • A therapeutic approach that uses gentle pressure to release tension in connective tissue, relieving pain, improving mobility, and enhancing overall well-being—perfect for easing chronic tension or stress.
